(In 2024 microphones will be muted, so Trump will not be able to interrupt.)

Donald Trump's
pre-debate insecurity
has surfaced in recent days, lowering expectations for his own performance, while claiming Biden will be "jacked up" on "performance-enhancing drugs."

All of this softens the blow for MAGA if their fearless leader underperforms.

Republican leaders have joined what's become a veritable chorus, all claiming that the 81 year old President will win only by "cheating."  LMFAO!!!

Rep. Ronnie Jackson, R, Texas, the one Trump kept referring to as "Ronnie Johnson" a few days ago while bragging about "passing a cognitive test," echoes Trump, calling for a pre-debate drug test.

Rep. Eric Burlison, R, MO, claimed "Biden will be pumped up on Mountain Dew or something," while Fox News propagandist Sean Hannity expects Biden to be "highly caffeinated."

Trump made similar charges following the 2020 debate:

Biden started strong because he was "pumped up on drugs, but, at the end of the debate, he "could barely make it to his car."

Trump used identical words to describe Hillary Clinton in 2016.

It's an old, tired act, but one that the MAGA faithful will continue to buy, "lock, stock and barrel."

  1. Trump always plays the victim. In this case, he's claiming Biden is using drugs to make him look bad in the debate.

  2. Trump is a classic projector, always accusing others of the methods he uses.

I tuned in to last night's debate for the first two or three minutes, then clicked the remote back to YouTube as I'd seen enough.  ...
