On an Iowa radio show this past week, Donald Trump said it would be "very dangerous" for our country if he's put in jail.
Trump described his followers as "very passionate," "more passionate than than in 2016 or 2020."
This is a thinly veiled threat that incidents of a greater magnitude than the January 6 insurrection would occur if one of his four current indictments leads to jail time.
If Trump sounds like a mobster, that's exactly what he is.
And, if what Trump described does occur, be forewarned that he will do absolutely nothing to calm the situation just as he did nothing to try to suppress the insurrection.
Voters should realize that Trump has zero regard for this county, the safety of its citizens, the preservation of its institutions.
Trump only cares about Trump and it's always been that way.
Unfortunately, his followers are blinded by creature worship and will never, ever see it.
