JUDGE SCOTT MCAFEE, "OUR NATION TURNS ITS LONELY EYES TO YOU"

Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will be hearing the racketeering case against Donald J. Trump in Georgia.

McAfee was appointed to the Fulton County court by Republican governor Brian Kemp and his selection as judge in the case involving Trump and 18 other defendants has been approved by District Attorney Fani Willis as well as Trump's lawyers.

McAfee's instructions to Trump to remain free on bail were clear and straightforward:

"The Defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice."

Specifically, the order bars Trump from "making direct or indirect threats of any nature against any codefendant, witnesses, victims or to the community."

The order extends to his social media posts, as well as posts he reshares online.

Those instuctions were issued by McAfee at 3PM  Monday, and, to no one's surprise, Trump likely violated that order 4-1/2 hours later with the following post on Truth Social:

“Can you believe it? I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED by a Radical Left District Attorney, Fani Willis, who is overseeing one of the greatest Murder and Violent Crime DISASTERS in American History.”

“In my case, the trip to Atlanta is not for ‘Murder,’ but for making a PERFECT PHONE CALL! She campaigned, and is continuing to campaign, and raise money on, this WITCH HUNT. This is in strict coordination with Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ. It is all about ELECTION INTERFERENCE!”

It will be beyond interesting to see how McAfee views this post and the inevitable rhetoric Trump continues to spew.

Will Judge McAfee, 34, have the nerve to jail Trump's ass?

And, if McAfee does what the law demands, will the MAGA faithful get their feelings hurt and resort to violence and insurrection as Trump and suckup Senator Lindsey Graham have predicted?

America waits to see if there are indeed two tiers of justice in this country; one tier for the ordinary citizen and another for the rich and powerful.
