The narco ballad singer Peso Pluma was threatened in Tijuana with a narco message attributed to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

The singer was warned that "it will be your last performance for being disrespectful and having a tongue, if you show up, we will fucking kill you".

The threatening message was placed on the access bridge to the El Mirador subdivision this morning by unidentified individuals.

Officers of the National Guard who were patrolling the area discovered the banner on which it was written that the concert scheduled in this city would be the singer's last.

  1. Tell me I'm wrong, but my guess is that the Mexican National Guard did not remove the banner. I've seen similar banners with threats from a cartel hung in Matamoros, but never touched by the police who are simply afraid to remove them.
