SEVERAL REPORTS INDICATE THAT ABBOTT'S BUOY BARRIER CONTAINS CIRCULAR SAWS IN ADDITION TO RAZOR WIRE

 

Greg Abbott, the pompous asshole trying to rule Texas with an iron hand is putting his Catholicism on full display and it's the Christianity of the middle ages he's perpetrating when so-called heretics were burned at the state.

The Associated Press is now reporting that the wrecking ball-sized orange buoys put up as a floating barrier not only utilize razor wire to cut and maim the men, women and children pursuing a better life by crossing the Rio Grande, but also circular saws to cut and pierce their bodies and bones.

This newly discovered aspect of Abbott's inhumanity to man was reported recently by Representative Sylvia Garcia, posting on X or Twitter:

"Appalled by the ongoing cruel and inhumane tactics employed by @GovAbbott at the Texas border.  The situation's reality is unsettling as these buoys' true danger and brutality come to light.  We must stop this NOW!"

The illegally-installed barrier buoys are chained to the shallow bottom of the river with a net of cables and spin freely if someone attempts to climb over them.

Texas Public Radio's David Martin Davies reported after a kayak trip to the barrier that "there are also serrated metal plates that look like circular saw blades between each buoy."

Representative Joaquin Castro added: "Everyone needs to see what I saw in Eagle Pass today.  Clothing stuck on razor wire where families got trapped.  Chainsaw devices in the middle of buoys.  Land seized from U.S. citizens.

Operation Lone Star is barbaric and @GovAbbott is making border community collateral damage."

It's also been noted by the Justice Department that the buoys violate federal law as well as international treaties with Mexico.
