The severely restrictive medians on the stretch of Boca Chica Boulevard from Frontage Road to Four Corners were not well thought out.
TxDot has turned Brownsville's Boca Chica Blvd. into the u-turn capital of the world, making u-turns necessary at Frontage Road, Old Port Isabel Road or Four Corners to simply cross the street.

At Four Corners, when the cars turn...it looks scary. You have to be a very good driver to do this U Turn. The rest of the Boca Chica is not a safe road to drive in.... find other routes.
