Special Counsel Jack Smith, former President Donald Trump |
Yes, justice for Trump's criminality is slowly closing in from several sides.
Special Counsel Jack Smith will take down Trump methodically, purposefully, without fanfare.
The "stable genius" will be outwitted, outmaneuvered, easily played by Smith.
Trump's been indicted twice, will shortly be indicted again and then again, but the process moving slowly does not save him.
Trump-appointed Federal Judge Aileen Cannon's delay in the documents case is a good thing for those of us playing the long game.
Absolutely, slowing the process enough for Trump to win the Republican nomination for president, then go down in flames, will be good for America, although, likely, it won't bring healing.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, considered by some as a "smarter version of Trump," simply does not inspire.
When he opens his mouth, everything comes out flat, almost listless. That's perfectly fine as the last thing we need in the White House is another racist and/or homophobe.
This is going to be a long summer whether you gather political insight at QAnon or Beau of the Fifth Guard.
You are clueless. Ken Paxton was indicted on securities fraud in 2015, and we are no closer to a trial on the charge today than we were in 2015. Trump will be done with his second term before this case goes to trial, assuming his AG at the last minute does not dismiss it. There are so many delay motions available to Trump the case will not move forward until well after Trump finishes his first term.
ReplyDeleteTrump has still not finished his first term? Geez!
DeleteGeez, Trump has never alleged he was removed from him his first term. He claims his second term was stolen from him. Get your facts straight.
Delete"Trump has never alleged he was removed from his his first term?" I'll happily keep my facts straight, but what about your syntax? If you're ESL I understand, but, then, why the attitude?
