630 Pounds of Cocaine Touring with Tejano group ZinzZero

Authorities arrested members from the Tejano group Zinzzero after they found more than 630 pounds of cocaine on their tour bus.
The following eight men were arrested at the Falfurrias Border Patrol Station in Brooks
County Station cocaine was found on the tour bus Sunday:
• Hector Javier Rios (24) McAllen, TX
• Santos Rodriguez Maldonado (68) McAllen, TX
• Juan Antonio Gonzalez (61) Edinburg, TX
• Juan Ruben Hernandez-Luna (40) Donna, TX
• Juan Gerardo Hernandez Perez (37) San Juan, TX
• Juan Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez (31) San Juan, TX
• Rigoberto Rodriguez Hernandez (38) Donna, TX
• Cesar Rodriguez Hernandez (34) Alamo, TX
• Santos Rodriguez Maldonado (68) McAllen, TX
• Juan Antonio Gonzalez (61) Edinburg, TX
• Juan Ruben Hernandez-Luna (40) Donna, TX
• Juan Gerardo Hernandez Perez (37) San Juan, TX
• Juan Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez (31) San Juan, TX
• Rigoberto Rodriguez Hernandez (38) Donna, TX
• Cesar Rodriguez Hernandez (34) Alamo, TX
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Border Patrol and DPS Criminal Investigations Division agents seized 250 rectangular bundles of cocaine.
Authorities reported that the bundles were located in a secret compartment close to the center of the Zinzzero’s tour bus.
All eight men were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.Each man was given a bond set at $1 million.
Zinzerro has not commented on the incident.
Damn that's a bunch of blow, much have been a long road trip.

ReplyDeleteOn another front, if "they" were willing to risk losing 630 pounds on a single trip there must be about 400 tons of coke in Reynosa.
