    Jim, if the campaign is run free of politqueras/politiqueros, Yoli will win. I think people are tired of the Hernandez. Wow, didn't know Raul Hernandez was an employee of Ernie. Same old, same old.

      Final results in, the surpise is Hasse. Those who know Hasse know he has smarts and would have been good for TSC. but should have known better than to associate with CHEEZMEH. BC cost him this victory. Cheezmeh has no political pull left. but charge candidates $$ FOR WHAT??? BOTH CHEEZMEH TSC CANDIDATES LOST!!!

      I don't think Tad really went after Cheezmeh's endorsement. He just didn't want to alienate anyone. As it turns out Cheezmeh has not votes. It's just a lot of hot air from a fat guy in Austin. Unfortunately, Hasse and Uresti fell for it.

    Hockema loaned himself $45,000 dollars according to the Texas Ethics Commission
    Report to run as a candidate as Demo Party Chair that pays nothing on February 9, 2012. Also according to the Texas Ethics Report, on March 20, 2012 Hockema paid $840 dollars to Brownsville Cheezmeh located on 1216 E. Madison St., Brownsville, Texas for "purchase of internet Ads."

    Another good candidate to watch besides Begum is Celeste Sanchez for State Board of Education. A competent and honest lady.
