Sorry I'm a nurse, and do not support her. How could one? She doesn't have a clue as to what she is doing. Rigo Bocanegras wife is a nurse. Everyone knows EXACTLY how and why she is getting these endorsements. Sad.
ReplyDeleteWhy does Linda keep asking "Why"?
DeleteHow and why?
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows EXACTLY why she is getting these endorsements
ReplyDeleteBecause Rigo introduced her to the nurses union and the nurses like her?
Begum is a smart and progressive lady.
Rigo Bocanegra is a self-proclaim politiquero. He mask himself as a union leader when in fact most of the union members despite him. In reality he's no more guilty than Herminia or Erasmo. After he gives an endorsement he forces all of the candidates to put a picture of him everywhere. Pobre pendejo.
ReplyDeleteI don't get the feeling that Rigo is despised at all. Anyway, he has nothing to do with the endorsements. They are voted on by the members.
DeleteI've heard many say they are tired of the Hernandez family living off the city. I don't think any even considers what Cheezmeh says.
Just my 2 cents.
Le tienen celos a Rigo, don't worry Rigo es el "Crab Syndrome"
DeleteShe has almost every union in Brownsville endorsing her. Maybe it is because she is the MOST qualified? Maybe because NO ONE was Erin Hernandez and her father Ernie in politics anymore? Maybe because Yolanda Begum has a pure purpose for running, that has nothing to do with corruption, economic need or future political ambition?
ReplyDeleteOh well Erin, good luck! It really is anyone but an Hernandez for me!
Erin is pure sour grapes, I thought you were a lawyer not a nurse
ReplyDeleteErin sort of effed up her campaign with all the negative stuff.
ReplyDelete^ yep.
DeleteBegum will win this one easy.
DeleteI wouldn't be so sure. There are still a few Cheezers and they're all in lockstep with Erasmo. Plus, don't forget about the regular politiqueras.
DeleteI expect a runoff between Begum and Hernandez. I doubt either one of them gets a majority in the primary.
Jimmy, I think people are tired of the Hernandez family. I heard some stories about the family, that were hilarious.
ReplyDeleteTime for something new, Ms. Begum, although, I don't know her, presents her self as a very level headed woman. Heck, give her a chance.
Unfortunately, I went to Ms. Begum's site and read what she has put up there. it's close to unreadable. Lots of words-big words, too-- structured into sentences, but not meaningful or very susceptible to analysis. I worry that she actually knows what she's talking about.
ReplyDeleteA Raza, can't understand good grammar?
