Artist's conception of Rudy Giuliani's testimony at court hearing about dispersal of assets to satisfy a $148M settlement for defamation of two election workers

U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman is getting bit weary of Rudy Giuliani's shenanigans.

Giuliani, an integral and vocal part of the first Trump administration, agreed to a $148M settlement back in December 2023 for defaming two Georgia poll workers.

Since Giuliani claims all his cash is "tied up," he's been ordered to disperse assets to the two women, but now, that's become problematic.

All the memorabilia lining his walls has been put in a storage building to which he says he "doesn't have access" and he can't find the title to his 1980 Mercedes Benz.

At one point, Giuliani screamed out in court: "I don't have a penny!"

After that unapproved outburst, Judge Liman told Giuliani he could no longer "testify" without first being sworn in as a witness.
