While this storm is still on track to move into Mexico by Wednesday overnight it has the chance of bringing plenty of needed rain to South Texas with a potential rainfall total of 7-10 inches of rain closer to the coast.

  3. Good question, that is the point. Santos only has to report he pays Pink Ape. Pink Ape has no duty to report who they pay for Santos. Pink Ape manages the press for its candidates. They pay the bloggers and other advertising. That is why you will never see Montoya's name on a campaign finance report.
