Texas Governor Greg Abbott, the poster child for inhumanity, a low IQ piece of human excrement, is trying to take a stand at the Rio Grande River with razor wire and orange buoys.

One DPS trooper claims claims they were given instructions "to push people back into the water to go to Mexico."

One 4 year old girl passed out from the 100 degree heat after the Texas National Guard pushed her group back toward Mexico.

A father suffered severe leg lacerations when he tried to rescue his child from razor wire atop a deterrence buoy in the river.

A 19 year old woman trapped in the razor wire suffered a miscarriage.

Another woman with her child were pronounced dead from drowning.

All this is happening because the U.S., while needing every single last one of these migrants to do the agricultural, industrial and construction work most U.S. citizens do not want to do, has no intelligent, well-constructed immigration policy.

And, just looking at the makeup of the current House of Representatives and Senate gives very little hope any such reform will be produced and passed.
