THE FORMER PRESIDENT PLEADS "NOT GUILTY" TO 37 FELONY CHARGES IN MIAMI COURTROOM

Former President Donald J. Trump appeared before Magistrate Judge John Goodman at 3PM Eastern Daylight Time in a Miami, Florida courtroom to plead "not guilty" to 37 felony charges in the so-called documents case.

Dozens of Trump supporters in red hats, carrying American flags and chanting "Miami for Trump" and "Cubans for Trump" welcomed the former president's motorcade.

Trump has referred to the whole process as a "witch hunt" and, as always, pledges to have the country's next attorney general go after Joe Biden.

Jack Smith, Special Counsel to Department of Justice

Earlier in the day, Trump used his floundering new media site, Trump Social, to denounce Jack Smith, a special DOJ counsel, as a "thug," who he said had "manufactured evidence" in the case.
