The University of Texas got a rude welcome today to the Southeastern Conference, the nation's toughest, taking it on the chin from historic rival Arkansas, 40-21.
Arkansas led 33-7 well into the third quarter, then, on two Texas drives in the final minute stopped Texas near the goal line seven straight times, before quarterback Casey Thompson nosed the ball over the goal line to close the gap in the final seconds.
A record crowd of 74,531 thunderously called the Hogs throughout the game: "Wooooooo, piggggggggggg, souieeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!"
Inbred Hillbillies outplayed Longhorns tonight.
ReplyDeleteActually, Arkansas looked like a high school team compared to Texas, but, I guess, Razorbacks are a little smarter.
DeleteActually the athletes don't go to college because they're smart. They're only there to play ball for our entertainment.
