NO MORE FISHING AT JAIME ZAPATA BOAT RAMP AFTER LNG PLANTS BUILT
You're in total denial if you think fishing at the Jaime Zapata Boat Ramp will still be permitted after the construction of the Annova LNG plant within a one mile hazard range of the plant.
Liability issues alone will force the county to totally shut down fishing and other recreation within the parameter of health hazards including fire, thermal redaction and a toxic vapor cloud as predicted by Sandia National Laboratories.
Notice that the Schlitterbahn Amusement Park will be only 3 miles from the proposed Texas LNG.
LNG threatens ecotourism and our way of life in Cameron County, Port Isabel and South Padre Island.

ReplyDeleteNot propaganda. Map was published by a government laboratory studying the destruction zones of the LNG tankers as they make their way down the ship channel. The only propaganda we are hearing is from the greedy pro-LNG creeps who hope no one noticed the causeway could be blown up.
1. Sandia Lab is not a government Lab. It is a lab hired through the government.
Delete2. The study conducted was done 16 years ago, get a recent study.
3. The study has NOTHING to do with the Rio Grande Valley nor does it mention the Jaime Zapata boat ramp.
4. The article is a risk analysis with some safety implications, it’s literally in the title.
Stop using your outdated and boat ramp irrelevant articles to support your agenda.
Sofia Benavides gave away over $600 million in tax dollars to this shit. We're getting VIOLADO
ReplyDeleteJim, it appears blogger Juan Montoya will never apologize for his black face lie on candidate Ricardo Adobatti. He just took the free punch at Ricardo and ran, like a Mexican skipping town on a debt. Bloggers need to be honest!
ReplyDeleteThese new LNG sites are designed with environmental safety in mind They’re nothing like keppel Amfels when they bring rigs in for repair there’s no containment no safety measures and nobody complains about that why because they’re not educated in the process. All they see is a big bad refinery coming in to destroy Brownsville people please this will help many unemployed and the cities near by.
ReplyDeleteBarton, why are you allowing comments that claim falsehoods like the one about the causeway above? Fake news from the Clupper Crusaders.
