ReplyDeleteIf it is made of concrete then it should be sound. Concrete strengthens with age, unless it is cracked. All those pics show non-structural elements. The bones are what matters.
ReplyDeleteConcrete with steel supports will not strengthen with age if the material has been in contact with water. The concert support steel can grow up to twenty times its outside dim. and crack the material. The buildings in Detroit (Fisher Body) have almost all fallen down from this effect.
