When there is nothing of note going in a town going nowhere, anything is reason for celebration. How about a "Deadbeat Despapaye" honoring the thousands of local fathers who don't pay child support.

If there were a parking garage downtown (like the one in Mcallen) I would see no problem in going to EL MERCADITO, but last time my family and I wanted to park downtown at about 5:30 and we couldnt find a space. No more downtown Mercadito for us.

ReplyDeleteThe Mercado Juarez of Matamoros in the Majestic bldg has free parking at the parking garage of the City offices on Levee street and caddy corner of the City Offices where the employee parking is. These parking areas are designated for shoppers to park for free to go and shop at the Mercado Juarez. More information, call 346-3707
