The workshop will feature Mr. Kevin St. Jacques, a Member of the National Complete Streets Speakers Bureau.  Mr. St. Jacques will present a complete streets overview and give insights drawn from his experience in working with other cities, MPOs and organizations to develop complete street policies.  Complete Streets are designed to enable safe access for all users-- pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists and transit riders of all ages and abilities.   Complete Streets make it easy to cross the street, walk to shops, or bicycle to work.  Most streets are designed only for speeding cars.  By implementing complete streets policies, cities across the country are changing their approach to building streets and creating safer, more livable street networks for everyone.
