I am very disappointed at Cascos! Some of the people he acknowledged tonight, are the worse RATAS Cameron County and BISD has ever seen... What is the matter with you Cascos?? At minute 9:45, Chuck says "Justice is blind" and that his administration will not be for sale. I pray this is true!! I can't help, but wonder just by looking at some of the attendees.
