ReplyDeleteThat is true...this is the lowest paying city in the USA, paying minimum wage...and they want to raise taxes...they should start with the commissioners...they city doesn't need 6 commissioners....other bigger citie have only 4 commissioners....what do they do anyway? The city is full of pot holes...most streets are being ripped open and left for months supposedly working on them....the city is dirty....the streets are just like the matamoros streets almost everywhere you go now...except where the elite live..those are clean and smooth...downtown is like the zone rosa was in matamoros...no city attraction for tourists to come and see our donwtown area...like in San Antonio, Houston....nothing everything is so dingy....gas prices nigh, food prices soaring, everything is going sky high and here we get paid $7.25 an hour....middle class is no longer middle class...higher unemployment....more people on food stamps...I can go on and on...we need to gather and united....now a days they talk about needing millions and billions of $ to fix or build something...hundreds and thousands is no longer mentioned....all these is tyranny...we the people have the power....
