POOR BOBBY! HE JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS NOT IN JUDGE SOROLLA'S COURT

Bobby Wightman-Cervantes!  Read my lips!  I wasn't in Judge Sorolla's courtroom period.  Not only did I not answer my cellphone in his court, I wasn't there.

I did not go to the lobby to deal with a child causing a disturbance, because I wasn't there!

Bobby, Bobby:  I WASN'T THERE!  You obviously mistook some old white guy for me because I wasn't there!

OK. .Repetition for emphasis:  I wasn't in Judge Sorolla's court.  I wasn't there!

"Repetition is the mother of retention."

I WASN'T THERE.  YOUR ARTICLE IS WRONG!

  1. I read disbarred lawyer Wightman's post and then came over here to see what all the excitement was about. Well, it turns out that the excitement was about disbarred lawyer Wightman being called out wrong. Like his apparent mentor, Donald Trump, with whom he shares a strong sense of self-aggrandizement he also shares an inability to admit to being wrong. In this case, instead of addressing the obvious, that he reported on the behavior of Barton at a court hearing that Barton did not attend he decided to try his usual distraction and run off about something else. WTF is wrong with this disbarred lawyer?

  2. Why are you surprised that he is lying about you? He lies about so many on a regular basis.

  4. Had it been you that wrote something slanderous about his roommates grandchildren he would sue you. We all know that you know the difference between decency and the truth but we can’t say the same for him. SUE HIM FOR LYING ABOUT JACKS BEHAVIOR !

  6. It's hilarious to watch Bobby WC twist himself into a pretzel trying to wrap loops around loops of lawyer cliches and legal mumbo jumbo to hide the fact that he wrote that you were in the courtroom and your phone rang there. Am I halucinating? It's bad enough Trump does this shit every day, but I thought Bobby WC would, for once, be man enough to own up to a simple and apparent fuck up. He did not. So much for character.
So, if you weren't there, Barton, it's up to BWC to prove you were since he's portraying you in a bad light (bumbling grampa, ringing phone in court, interrupting court proceeding with an unruly and uncontrollable child, a bullying portrayal that could foreseeably cause Jack to suffer some sort of child development trauma as a result of this public ridicule). So then BWC's article is not only wrong, it's oily, false and it's putrid green with dislike towards you which could easily be interpreted as malice aforethought... especially since he hasn't admitted he was wrong (review courtroom video) retracted it or apologized to you in writing in public... and the longer it goes the lower your reputation and your self esteem plummet causing you to lactate liters of irritating bile. Caso Cerrado! Like taking candy from a Bobby.

  7. I’m going to laugh my ass off if Nurith “clown face” Galonski and Ben “my little pony tail” Neece represent Bobby “trust me I’m a disbarred lawyer” Wightman when you and Jack sue him.

  8. A note to Bobby:

Do yourself a favor and just admit you were wrong to say Barton was there. We can all read. You wrote Barton left the courtroom which Baron claims he wasn’t in the courtroom to leave. You’re playing games saying you never said he was at the hearing. Barton doesn’t claim that. Only that he wasn’t in the courtroom. Don’t deny what you wrote. It’s still there. It was gratuitous to the story to even mention Barton and the kid anyway. You couldn’t help yourself. That’s fine. We all know Barton drives you bat shit crazy. You don’t anyone to point it out. It’s a button. We get it. You’re upset because Barton made you look silly. Laugh it off after you apologize.

  9. Day after day, alone on a hill
The man with the foolish grin is sitting perfectly still
    Nobody wants to know him
They can see that he's just a fool
But he never gives an answer

But the fool on the hill
    Sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head
    See the world spinning round

  10. Have you noticed that when Bobby gets called out on things that he will look for the thing he thinks he can defend (I never said it was his grandkid) and raise as much dust as he can about it and ignore the rest.

  11. It was Steve Clark of the Brownsville Herald who Bobby mistook for Barton. Bobby simply is not man enough to admit a mistake. He has no moral compass or journalistic credibility.

  12. Wightman is a con artist.

  13. Honestly I’d take Jack’s legal advise before I took Bobby Wightman’s. Jack has more credibility and common sense.
