"City of Brownsville Website Hacked During the Night" by Diego Lee Rot

There's no explanation for it and I'm not into conspiracy theories.

Friday evening, when the city webmaster left his desk, the City of Brownsville website showed the City Commissioner At Large A position as "vacant."

Returning to his desk, Columbus Day, to do some extra work, the webmaster noticed a clear change had been made.  He took a screen shot as evidence.  We display it below:
