ReplyDeleteHe's sacrificing the very people who voted him into office. He knows very well that the heavy industrialization of the Port of Brownsville will ruin tourism for the small communities that depend on it. He knows the pollution will be horrible. He knows it will be visible from the Resort Hotels on South Padre Island, who bring hundreds of thousands of dollars into our community through taxes. The Resorts employ a lot of people, too. What about all the jobs that depend on tourism? He sold out a long time ago when he COSPONSORED HB40 (The Denton Anti-Fracking Bill), which was WRITTEN by the Oil and Gas Lobby.
