  3. about time!

if only Brownsville's 2 hospitals coupd find the money for additional or multi story parking lots. our city is aging and the hospitals are always full. plus our residents refuse to use public transportation.

SO TRUE. Many people spend in gasoline and refuse to pay $2.00 for a round trip now how intelligent is that?

    2. I am guessing the residents of Brownsville don't want to be waiting for a bus out in the sun..

  4. So, if you park here, where do you go. Looks like we have an example of putting the cart before the horse. Illegals don't have cars. Few people even think of going to Matamoros, students don't want to pay or walk, so guess this will be parking for downtown workers..... And at what cost to the majority of citizens who don't live or visit downtown.
