    A basic problem locally is that people really believe that Hispanic is a race....it is not. There are three basic racial groups......Caucasian, African and Asian. There are a lot of mixtures in between, but Hispanic is an ethnic group within the Caucasian Race. Ignorance causes too many people to shout "racism" because they are too ignorant to carry on an effective debate on any subject.
