      This is the region where Musk was accepted without any opposition from the public. Give residents a chicken plate and other free items and they are yours forever.

    From the media reporting, it sure looked like the ground breaking at Boca Chica was a United Brownsville function....a party for Tony Martinez and his friends.

    United Brownsville didn't go to the ground breaking. The Mayor and council did.
