A man accused of beating another man into a coma over spilled beer left his wallet lying next to his unconscious victim Tuesday night, according to police.
ReplyDeleteJuan De Dios Lerma, 29, knocked over a beer at about 10:30 p.m. at the No Holds Bar in the 8600 block of Paredes Line Road, touching off an argument with Golo Acosta, 31, and Acosta's friends, according to police.
As Acosta was leaving, Lerma hit him in the back of the head, according to police. Lerma followed Acosta outside, where he knocked Acosta to the ground, police said.
A driver taking a shortcut through the parking lot told police she saw Acosta on the ground and Lerma on top of him, hitting him. She stopped her car about five feet from them and saw Lerma begin to kick Acosta “extremely hard” in the head, according to the warrant.
Two other men were telling Lerma to stop, but he continued kicking Acosta, the witness told police.

Would the city employee who did this survey please become unemployed? Do you have access to a computer? IT IS A COMPUTER SURVEY! One size fits all gave inappropriate choices for a full two pages of questions. Response choices to the questions applied statistical bias to the response matrix. If you didn't understand what I just wrote, you have no business doing surveys. More, about the same, less, no opinion would have yielded a cleaner picture and would have been more appropriate choices for most of the survey questions.
