Melissa Zamora's support for Rene Oliviera's "accident" on Frontage Road near Cheddars is evidence of her being "Hooked for Life" by a scumbag like Oliviera. Why should we support Melissa when she takes action to undermind justice and fairness in Cameron County and Brownsville by "covering" up for foul play by Rene Oliviera. Sorry Melissa. But no.
ReplyDeleteDear Ms. Zamora: When you do something in your district (like take care of fixing the streets, lights, security)you can ask your constituents to do something for you (like vote in the next election). Since I've lived in my street, your district for the past 17 years and you have not done ANYTHING to fix pot wholes that look more like moon craters, I feel that you should not be asking for anything since you have given us NOTHING>. You will get that in return if you decide to run for re election.
ReplyDeleteThe streets will go un-repaired because that is not part of the "agenda." You see the direction our city government is going is a "transformation" method of transportation for us. The way FORWARD is MORE SIDE WALKS, MORE BIKE LANES, MORE BUS TRANSPORTATION FOR THIS COMMUNITY. On May 16 there will be a town hall meeting called "COMPLETE STREETS WORKSHOP" at the Event Center @ 6pm and probably describe a "La La Land" senerio why we need bike lanes, side walks bus stops, and the need to REDUCE the traffic lanes for cars. i urge you to google Complete Streets and U.N. Agenda 21 for you to see what's in store for our future!
DeleteMelisa Zamora,
ReplyDeleteI agree with the previous two criticisms of your "do nothing" commissioner style for the COB. You will not even answer emails about streets and potholes
in your district. Running interference against the BPD for the "State REP", in your public position as a city comissioner, is totally contradictory of your role as a city elected official. Yet, you attend all the public functions as if you are an active comissioner representing District 4. You are a total embarassment to the COB and district 4. Please don't ask the taxpayers to help
with one of your pet projects, where you again hope to pick up votes.
