  1. What's the going rate on the house? Any idea? Too bad Bobby already bought his house here in Brownsville. He could have bought a great house in Dallas.

  2. Potential buyers will have to check for liens.

  3. The Dallas county appraised value would have this house turned upside down. this means it is worth less then the mortgage. The mortgage company has the first lien. Mechanics liens come next, Then the IRS. Mr. Quintanilla would get nothing. Jim you got to fix the picture.

They certainly violated protocol making Montoya the sole candidate. Public officials do not seem to be in fear of prosecution here. Do you think Ernie Hernandez worries about being indicted by Villalobos for all his shenanigans?

  6. Guess that is why Villalobos gave up his dream of becoming a State Representative. He knows his goose is cooked with all the illegal activity he has allowed in this county. Wow!!! The Highest Law Enforcement Officer in the County and he looks the other way to let criminals go by. How much you think he is getting???? Is it worth it Villalobos??????

  7. Come on everyone, Villalobos can not file charges against Quintanilla because Quintanilla has too much on him. Can you believe that people with degrees get involved with Quintanilla then Quintanilla blackmails them for the rest of their lives. What were these people thinking when they allowed this sorry excuse for a humanbeing into your lives? What a bunch of ******! Guess no amount of education can change or educate a corrupt individual. Especially if they are corrupt to the center of their soul. Some people just know no other lifestyle. Crooks are what crooks do; no matter the outer look. So Brownsville Watchout!!!
