In a walk around Cagayan de Oro, Philippines in 2018, I ran into three school teachers playing tennis.
During our brief conversation, one of the teachers had a question: "How is it that your country elected someone like Donald Trump as President? How did that happen?"
I had no good answers then and I've no better explanation in 2024 except that Trump must represent the kind of country America has become or wants to be.
Obviously, we live in a country that no longer values morals, tolerates business fraud, rewards lying and promotes racism.
It's so obvious now that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio were not the upstanding citizens, diligent workers Springfield leaders said they were, but simply dog and cat eaters who sullied and disgraced that community.
And yes, the millions of Mexican Nationals working in factories, agriculture and construction need deportation ASAP. America doesn't need them or their work skills.
Finally, I understand our next President's point: Our soldiers are indeed "losers" and "suckers."
A firm hand should also be shown to anyone who's dared to disagree or intends to disagree with our "beloved leader." The traitors should be brought before a military tribunal and/or face a firing squad.
The women of America need to simply "get over it" and realize they're in desperate need of the "protection" of Herr Trump. He and his minions know better with respect to their reproductive rights.
Thankfully, our country will no longer waste resources on the climate "hoax" and clear thinkers like bear carcass-tossing RFK, Jr. will take charge of our health needs, while White Supremacist Stephen Miller will reinforce the Trump concept that "there's good people on both sides."
Yes, under Biden-Harris, our economy recovered from the pandemic better than any country in the world with record job growth, but prices are higher and we need a leader who will add tariffs to our purchases.
Finally, at age 76, it's dawned on me that I didn't know our country at all.
Harris never ran a campaign. She was incompetent from day one. She wasted too much time laughing with that horrible shrill of a laugh, and not enough defining how she would address the things which American's care about. There are only 5 counties in the US income outpaced inflation. So, yes, the economy is amazing, but in virtually 100% of the counties in the last 4 years inflation outpaced income. She was completely out of tune. UAW black men voted for Trump because of Biden's support for EV. At no time did Harris bother to point out Elon Musk had given Trump over a million and Tesla is the single biggest EV manufacture in the world. And now Musk will be in the cabinet. How were the UAW black voters not told this. Harris and her entire team were like chickens running around with their heads off.
ReplyDeleteAmerica is for the Americans. The White people want good stuff for them and do not want to share with others. The others, the minorities, want to be like the White people By voting Republican they are close to their goal. Also minorities admire MEN in power, not a women in power. Men is #1 in our society and women follow their men. Even if it is a gay man, it is still #1. Trump talks the language people want to hear. Now let us see if he starts the mass deportations, the closing of the border to the poor and lower prices will not happen. The other countries raise their tariffs when the US raises its tariffs and the consumer pays for all the increases. Unless the rich want to help Trump and play along with his plans. You did not know the country because you are a MAN, White and an independent thinker. Talk to minorities that are authentic, women and the poor and you will see the real America.

ReplyDeleteAnother idea is that White people need Trump to control their numbers. They need more white babies and they need to stop the minorities from certain countries to control their numbers. It makes sense, less minorities coming in and more white babies will make the White race a majority again. Europeans are welcome but not dark skinned. That is why they needed Trump in the White House and the Congress and the Supreme Court on their side. Now will follow all the measures to make this majority happen. Time to make babies, white if possible. Also, good measures to have happy moms taking care of the babies....at home, relaxed, the husband working at peace etc That is the Make America Great again concept. We need to help the Republicans achieve their goals. If you are not white, do not have babies and if you do, teach them to be polite and respectful. If you are a minority, do not go raping and killing American girls, placing bombs nor acting crazy.
