Between Texas' new law, and the federal court of opinion new decision saying bloggers and the forum are distributors, I think social media will become better now that everyone can be sued. Before § 230, all social media had an army of moderators to look for defamation, or things which should not be on the forum. Nothing wrong with better social media which is now accountable.
