𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗬?

Barbara A. Res

Multi-talented Barbara A. Res, attorney, author, engineer, among other things, knows Donald Trump very well.

She should, working for the Trump Organization for 18 years as Vice President, Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President, put in charge of construction at the age of 31, including critical work on the Trump Tower.

One of the things Ms. Res scoffs at is Trump's public "embrace of religion," a stunt she calls "absolute nonsense."

"He's agnostic, maybe an atheist," Res stated, "has always mocked religious people, thinking they were stupid for believing in things that, were obviously, intellectually, to him, not true."

Yet, Trump has doubled down on this claim, referring to the Bible as his "favorite book," while claiming to own "many Bibles," yet when pressed to name a favorite verse in an interview on Bloombert Politics, simply could not do so.

Well, maybe Trump's not a Bible reader, but sure is trying to sell Bibles online for $59.99, that is, $83.37 with taxes and shipping.

The website selling the Bible – GodBlessTheUSABible.com – states that it is “not political and has nothing to do with any political campaign nor is it owned, managed or controlled by Trump or his businesses." Yet, the Bible uses his name, likeness and image under a paid license from CIC Ventures LLC.

Trump previously has been listed as CIC Ventures’ manager, president, secretary and treasurer according to The Washington Post, while The New York Times reports that Trump is indeed receiving royalties from Bible purchases.

Another of Trump's cons, obvious to those smart enough to see it, is his claim of patriotism.

Remember Trump's mockery of John McCain's capture and five year imprisonment with the words "I like people who weren't captured."

Trump expressed similar disdain for America's troops while accompanying Chief of Staff John Kelly in France.

Chief of Staff John Kelly
In a statement to CNN, Kelly, the longest serving chief of staff in the Trump administration, confirmed to network anchor Jake Tapper a number of details published in a 2020 article by The Atlantic, including remarks made by Trump during an official visit to France in 2018.

“A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them,’” Kelly told CNN in his lengthy statement about Trump

“A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’”

“A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family – for all Gold Star families – on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.”

Several senior staffers told The Atlantic at the time that Trump did not want to visit the graves of the American soldiers buried at Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in France, saying, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” The former president also referred to the 1,800 U.S. Marines killed in World War I’s Battle of Belleau Wood as “suckers” for getting killed.

Kelly also criticized his former boss in his statement, saying that Trump was not “truthful” in his political positions and is “a person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about.”

“A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law,” Kelly said in his statement.

Is our country smart enough to spot a phony?

  2. McCain and Kelly have more integrity in their little fingers than Trump has in his bloated orange carcass

  3. Yes, Americans are smart and they know who Trump is. Trump is telling them what they want to hear: we are first, we are white, we are the only ones that deserve good things. Our enemies are: minorities, those that do not think like us and those that are not Republicans. So at first Trump will try to favor those that support him but sooner or later he will also kill them. Hitler ended up sending children to fight his enemies and he embraced them and touched their cheeks and sent the little German kids to war to be killed.

    1. Yes, with Trump people died, made long lines to buy toilet paper and the prices of items went higher. Trump did not care for you nor your family. That is why you should stop your nonsense and vote for your life.
