𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗬/𝗔𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗛𝗢𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗚𝗩 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚?

 


For certain, the amino acid tryptophan that induces sleepiness, associated with consuming turkey, and C₂H₆O, the chemical compound for alcohol, are not a good combination if you wish to be on road in the Rio Grande or other valleys.

We're not saying that Edgar Castillo, the man above in a Brownsville PD photo, had both tryptophan and alcohol in his system, but, he was arrested on seven counts of striking an unattended vehicle, criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated and failure to identify, according to jail records.

A driver in Palmview also had difficulty in vehicle control, striking a DPS patrol unit at 5:25 AM at a stop sign on Western Road and then fleeing the scene. 



The BMW  and police vehicle both suffered extensive damage as pictured above.
