Republican Presidential candidate Chris Christie recently referred to Donald Trump as a "certified loser" and a "coward" for skipping the candidate debates.

Trump claims that he's simply so far ahead in the polls that it's meaningless for him to engage other candidates polling in single digits.

That stance might seem honest if Trump hadn't scheduled and promoted alternate programming to the debate, a sitdown with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Now, Christie is escalating his anti-Trump positioning, promising that if Trump continues to avoid debate, he will make it a point to show up at Trump's scheduled events to address the former President with specific questions.
