WHAT HAPPENS TO MAGA FOLLOWERS WHEN TRUMP LOSES IN 2024?

Yes, the question in the title above is premature on at least two levels, but Trump is the odds-on favorite to win the Republican nomination and lose the general election.

It's not like the former guy is going to say something dumb and lose support.  Trump is the king of dumbspeak but, as the MAGA faithful have told us:  "Oh, that's just the way President Trump talks.  He don't mean nuthin' by it."

MAGA wants their leader to "finish the job," although he accomplished little in his first term, had no real foreign or domestic policy, except giving his cronies in the top 1% tax bracket a break, weakening the military, while simultaneously loosening U.S. relations with NATO and Europe, angering Mexico and cozying up to Vlad and Kim.

In contrast, the lackluster, stuttering Biden has the economy roaring, effected a subtle change in military policy that assures readiness, successfully navigated a pandemic, tightened back up U.S. relations with Europe and NATO and worked to improve infrastructure.

Yet, Biden doesn't sell himself particularly well and voters must also factor in VP Kamala Harris finishing his term should he win in 2024.

Harris, who appeared sharp as a tack in pre-election debate formats, has underperformed a bit in the eyes of many, but, then, it's hard to shine as a number two.

Transportation Secretary Buttigieg

Actually, the most articulate voice in the Biden administration is Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, while former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is the most effective spokesperson for Republicanism.

But, no one appears ready to take the MAGA mantle from Trump even after a looming 2024 election loss or half a dozen criminal indictments.

To MAGA, Trump will still be the man, but Republican Party must move in a different direction if they want control.
