ReplyDeleteOf course, that info is personal, but currently $18,207 is Brownsville's per capita income, so, if you're making at least that much annually, you're keeping up with the Garcias of the world.

DeleteRamirez was very, very close to Noel Bernal, the previous city manager. Cori is just a typical Brownsville girl, not dumb, but not that bright either.
