TRUMP-APPOINTED JUDGE LIKELY TO OVERSEE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS CASE IF IT GOES TO TRIAL

 


U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon (on the left), appointed by Trump in 2019, has been assigned to oversee the case and could preside over the trial as well. Cannon has previously ruled in Trump's favor on certain issues, but her rulings were overturned on appeal.

    I doubt Cannon is allowed this case as her prejudice is so blatantly obvious.
