Posted below is an accurately and respectfully worded letter from Esteban Guerra, Chairman of the Brownsville Navigation District to Governor Greg Abbott.
My hope is that Governor Abbott acts on the letter's earnest request, putting the economic well-being of the State of Texas above partisan politics.
