Friends or not, we all could see it.  Robert Sanchez, AKA "Captain Bob," was on a self-destructive course.

It appeared obvious that he would lose his precious children, his $600,000 home on Calle Jacaranda, likely his business, but possibly even his freedom.

As the fictional Forrest Gump once said: "Stupid is as stupid does."

One of the stipulations of Sanchez' probation was not imbibing alcohol around his kids.  

So, Mr. Dumbass takes his kids to S.P.I., chooses to drink beer around them while the kids take pics for Facebook.

Some concerned citizen took the pics to the authorities and the 445th court agreed it was a parole violation.

The Captain did this to himself.
