HUNGRY LADY ON ELIZABETH STREET
This hungry lady has been sitting for several days in front of the downtown post office on Elizabeth Street. Her sign reads: "HUNGRY LUNCHIES OR MONEY." After we took her pic, she reached under the purple towel and picked up one of several boxes of snacks in her shopping cart.

I attempted to help her.....and went all out. She has living relatives. They, along with APS and Brownsville housing were comtacted. Help was offered. She turned down all help. She insisted she is happy living on the streets and does not want to live "by anyone's rules".
