Take a look at how many properties Galonsky owns around that area Jim. He and his daughters own half of downtown. Who does it benefit? They pay no property taxes on those buildings. Mayor owns some properties there too. They are fixing downtown up for their benefit. Do some research Jim....don't just write and wait for people to give it to you on a silver platter.

ReplyDeleteLots of mixed emotions looking at these pictures. Why this area? Why not my area? Are these all Galonsky properties? Did they get a free renovation courtesy of taxpayers (cynical). Now that there is a section of downtown that is beautiful and accessible and renovated, will new businesses move in, thrive, and spread (non cynical)?
