DeleteWord is Martinez and Rose Gowan are making sure Art "Cyclobia" Rodriguez and Ramiro Gonzalez will be placed as city manager and assistant citymanager to replace Mike Lopez. There is also rumored talk of our ruthless mayor using and then forcing Pete Gonzalez into retirement over the airport funding going public. Oscar Garcia and a slew of other "boys" the mayors friends with are all being brought up as directors once the new city manager is in place.
