MEET PART OF BROWNSVILLE'S HUGE EXTENDED FAMILY~THE ISCARIOTS!

While the most common surname in Brownsville might be Garcia, the town is filled with quite a few Iscariots.

 Cindy Elizondo, wife of former Fire Chief Carlos Elizondo, hints on her Facebook page that she and her husband are dealing with one of the Iscariot clan with this cryptic note:  "Jesus couldn't get to the cross without a Judas."(Was she referring to Cesar de Leon?)


Why the hell would anyone want to "get to" any cross?  Wasn't the gadget a Roman execution tool? 

 Actually, I'm not totally ignorant of the religious belief, teaching and purported significance of Jesus' death on the torture stake, as irrelevant as it is to me .(See Thomas Paine, Age of Reason, c.1794)

As for Cesar de Leon being part of the large Iscariot extended family, he might also feel betrayed by the initiator of the release of a 4-1/2 hour tape showing him to be racist, among other things.

 So, we possibly have two brothers by different mothers, both Iscariots, Cesar and Carlos, both willing to sell their soul for 30 pieces of silver.

 As history teaches us, Iscariots in this town, as well as many others, get away with murder.

    Your pathetic husband has brought your family to an all new low. Every time you open your mouth, YOU should be questioning the FILTHY RAT you have married and stand by.

    Just the other day I was having lunch and the table next to me was talking about how your children are no longer welcomed in their home!

    You should place your recorder in his vehicle so you can learn the REAL dealings of your future city manager!

    CIndy & Carlos are good people.
    I think Carlos' back was against the wall. Carlos continued to pressure him. Extort him. Put yourself in his shoes. Throw the stone if you are free of sin.

      Carlos Elizondo is not the problem here. Cesar De Leon opened is mouth and spoke what is in his heart; greed, selfishness, envy, hatred.

    Both Cesar and Carlos are full of shit., now that Carlos is quoting scripture it does not mean that his past transgressions of greed and sin saves him automatically.Stop playing the victims martyr roll if you guys were smart you'd stop trying to spin public opinion and humble yourselves .
