Texas is cattle country. Methane has not been a killer.
ReplyDeleteWhen all three plants are pumping, there will not be enough Methane released into the atmosphere to spit at because it will be captured and sold. A cow expels mor methane than one of the LNG plants.
ReplyDeleteSimply untrue. The leakage of methane at various stages of natural gas production, including fracking, is tremendous. Don't fall for the LNG hype or $$$$.
DeleteTo side by the commenter you responded to, you are simply releasing stinky, digestive gas of your own, Jim.
Delete...as he types on his 90% plastic computer, made of...you guessed it...hydrocarbons.
DeleteThey complain about cleaner energy as they drive to their protests in gas guzzling suv's . Such hypocrites. Where the fuck do you think electricity comes from old folks ?
ReplyDeleteJim, LNG plants are not the producers of natural gas, they are consumers, therefore removing it from the atmosphere.
ReplyDeleteMost of the people responding would sell their mother for a nickel if they thought there'd be a job and profit. NO TO LNG!
ReplyDeleteWhere is th picture from? It is not an LNG facility.
