DeleteBased on review of public documents he sent a non threatening text. It did not have to do with the children. But here is the problem. If there is a problem with the children while he has them he cannot text his ex they are on their way to the doctor. He got the house and as soon as he meets certain conditions she must move out but based on her fb postings she will be moving into a house which puts him in violation of the protective order. The protective order as written endangers the children in terms of the parents communicating by text and invites abuse by allowing his ex to move close enough to him to put him in violation of the order. Sorry for typing eyes are diolared
