  1. Thought she was hit by a VW. That's not a VW

  4. The roof and tail lights tell me that is not a VW.

  5. Why is she walking in the middle of the lane with her back to traffic? Also, if she was going out for a walk, why wear a black cardigan?

  6. The more Ralph Tipton releases these things the more things don't add up.

    1. "JOSE" at 6:25. The more you post, the more heartless you come off. She wasn't in the middle of the street, and the color of her clothing doesn't change the facts of the case.

  7. Had that been my wife, I'd blame myself every second of the rest of my life for not being there when she needed me. She died alone and that's what breaks my heart.

    2. I do. I also blame the people who killed her and the people covering it up. I also blame COWARDS that let it happen. Especially the ones in uniform and in office. You are a shame to all of us. There's a special place in hell for every sin. The one place you guys is extra hot..

    3. Ralph, next time you copy and paste your anonymous comments you might want to get rid of the "delete" option when you paste on Facebook because it makes it obvious you posted the comment. Just saying...your antics sadly distract from the injustice done to Mary.

    4. I'm not trying to be mean or inappropriate, but watch her feet cross into the traffic lane. Does it appear she stepped into the traffic lane while the car approached? Take notice her hesitation right before she is hit. Was a possible suicide ever considered?

    5. I think the way I started with "I do" would be obvious to most. If not then move along. You add nothing of benefit.

    6. My antics are the only reason you know about it. Why don't you do something to help?

    7. @Anon 10:14: I doubt it'll ever be considered. I've never seen an insirance company pay out for a suicide.

    8. To the suicide anony, even if some committed suicide by walking in front of your car, you still have a duty to stop and render aid. You people trying to protect the accused are not making it easier on her. You only make her look more guilty

    9. Sure Bobby whatever you say. Your bias is clear, forunately for justice no one man is judge, jury and executioner. Have faith and let the case work through our courts, quit letting politics get in the way.

  8. I get this is a story which evokes many emotions. I also get people do not have all of the facts. First to 8:14 above. They were not living in Brownsville. She came to visit family and was walking to the store to buy more minutes for her phone. Ralph was at work in another city working when she came to visit her family. The hotel because of the construction although new is cheap. Every time she came to visit she stayed there because of the price.

If you watch the video even if you want to blame her do you really believe the driver had no idea she hit something big, with a fully destroyed windshield.

As to who was driving, there was a lawsuit. Two insurance companies paid policy limits I believe of 20k each. This is on file with the clerk. The driver's insurance company paid and the owner of the vehicle insurance paid.

During the course of the litigation depositions were taken. Unless someone lied during the depositions and someone lied to the police officer there is no real issue as to the driver.

Now i do not blame anyone for not knowing these things, because such as me not everyone has been made privy to the depositions.

Also I have been to the court proceedings. An issue has been made there was no safe place to pull over at the point of impact. That parking area at the point of impact can easily hold 4 cars. The jury will be told that.

I get this is an emotionally driven case, but people need to be patient about the facts before throwing stones in either direction.

It is not disputed the son who was an off duty sheriff deputy at the time stated he waited more than an hour to call the police. Judge De Coss found that hour delay was not immediate as a matter of law. The deputy's depo was put into evidenec as to the issue. so that issue is already resolved.

This is not disputed. It is already sworn to. Also sworn to is the original BPD officer who chose to not even conduct a search. Do not these two sworn to set of facts merit further investigation?

Finally, with a smashed windshield she did not even slow down. I am 100% confident if the video gets in she is sunk. The jury will look at how she did not even slow down and conclude she knew she hit a human. She needs to take a plea for half of the maximum.

  10. People the fact of the matter is you are required nby law to STOP and render aid. Whether Mrs. Tipton was walking at night, in the rain with dark clothing on is irrelevant. The driver that struck and killed Mrs. Tipton should be punished for her crimes....As for attacking Ralph that is pathetic he is a grieving husband who wants and deserves justice for his wife's murder. The video evidence once in custody of law enforcement and the DA office mysteriously was reduced to just the portion showing Mary right before impact. This should raise questions as to why did this happen and who benefitted from the reduced footage. Besides that dragging the case on this long is ludicrous. This DA and all involved attorneys and law enforcement should be investigated for their part in covering up this crime

  11. This accident was fault 50% -50% I keep seeing people walking at night on the side of the road and Due to me being cautious I look for them people because I keep seeing people getting run over, that is where Hernandez is at 50% fault, lack of stopping to render aid and not paying attention to the road, and What is Tipton doing walking on the side of the road on a rainy night, wearing black clothing, really she was asking for it, thats the other 50%.
