Ralph Tipton Shares Legal Issues Raised by Bobby Wightman-Cervantes on My Timeline

THIS IS PART OF THE REASON FOR THE PROTEST ON FRIDAY FROM 10-2 IN FRONT OF THE FBI

Why did Magistrate Judge Valerie Garcia give pretrial release to Marisa Hernandez when she not only failed to stop and render aid, but the police report showed her victim died. The FBI needs to bring in Valerie Garcia and demand answers. After such an egregious act was Valerie Garcia not dismissed as a magistrate?

We need and demand answers. If after the protest the FBI and DOJ fail to start to clean up their local offices along with the Sheriff deputy who ran cover for his mother by not immediately calling the police, the police officer who originally responded and failed to do a search, and hold Sheriff Lucio and Chief Rodriguez accountable for their incompetence and lack of concern for justice the next move will be Washington DC. DA Saenz must be forced to resign or face indictment. The original Indictment was written so the trial judge could dismiss the Indictment. DA Saenz's office has not done its job, which is nearly always the case when politics comes knocking. We are done. We will have justice, or those obstructing justice will be brought to the attention of the soon to be new Director of the DOJ Jeff Sessions who has a low tolerance for this conduct.

  1. Judge Arturo Nelson needs to be investigated, because he was the "CREATOR FOR THE PRE-TRAIL". He along with convicted Armando Villalobos planned this corruption, when the private prisons were going full blast. He knew or must have known that the indictment was defaulted or else he fails as a judge. He along with former DA Armando Villalobos and Luis Saenz, who by the way was the magistrate judge when Villalobos was DA, same as now judge Valerie Garcia, did the same thing. They allow for indictment to have wrong name, birth dates, gender, or whatever to cover up wrong doing committed by one of their own. Go get them Mr. Tipton. I have evidence of the above comment.
