Carlos Masso Maintains His Ties with Politiquero, Voter Fraud

Masso Proudly Poses with Campaign Workers Including
Convicted Politiquero Joey Garza(Front Row, Hiding his
Face Behind Campaign Sign)
"As a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his foolishness."

Proverbs 26:11

Carlos Masso cannot be taught new tricks. His 2012 campaign for District Attorney, fraught with boldfaced
busing of the elderly, infirm and mentally-challenged and no attempt to even hide the use of politiqueras, is now being repeated in 2016.

Notorious politiqueras Herminia Becerra and Margarita Ozuna were front and center in the Masso campaign the last time around. Masso even represented Ozuna in her voter fraud case.  They lost.

Indicted, but never prosecuted politiquero Joey Garza, in Masso's employ in 2012, remains so in 2016.  That's Garza in the picture above, raising the Masso campaign sign just enough to hide his face.

ADDENDUM:  Initially, I described Joey Garza in this article as "convicted politiquero Joey Garza."  When someone corrected me, stating that he Garza was only indicted, never convicted, I searched for that conviction.  Not finding one, I changed the description to "indicted, but never prosecuted."

Blogger Bobby Wightman-Cervantes, in an article entitled "And Now for Reality instead of Made Up Shit" provides proof of Garza's guilty plea and conviction.  We stand corrected.

  3. I see that a cogent argument was made in Massso's behalf at 10:17 but I'm not quite convinced. Perhaps another couple of epithets might win me over.

  4. It's not 2012 anymore

  5. Garza was never prosecuted or convicted?

Unless it happened and the Herald and the news failed to report it. Garza was indicted by a grand jury, arrested with the usual publicity for Saenz about ending corruption, but then Saenz did nothing after that. No trial. He just let it drop. If I were Garza though, I'd be holding signs for Saenz, to thank him for never prosecuting me!

  6. Joey Garza and Ralph Elizondo were convicted and jailed for vote theft.

  7. Elizondo and Joey Garza were prosecuted by the state not by the local DA.

  8. When were they convicted and what were the sentences? No record online.

"One of the defendants has been identified as Jose Angel Garza. He was formally charged on a five count indictment on the charge of tampering with a marked ballot. Rafael Angel Elizondo has been charged with one count of the same charge for an offense that allegedly took place in July 2012, the information provided to Breitbart Texas revealed.

    1. Yes, Joey Garza was convicted and served jail time for the vote theft he committed. Ralph Elizondo was also convicted for his vote theft offenses and served jail time. They did not serve more than a week each. But are now guilty of state jail felonies.
My understanding is that the sentence was in consideration for information they gave on other ongoing state cases.
Joey is breaking the law by involving himself in campaigning and elections as a convict of election code violations.

  9. What about Luis Saenz having his nephew Victor Garcia who left someone for dead after running over him block walking? If you are gonna talk about one candidate you should talk about the other.

    1. I've given adequate coverage to both of the deadbeat candidates for District Attorney.

  10. http://www.co.cameron.tx.us/publicaccess/default.aspx

All online records can be found here. Eric Garza is working on adding access to the actual documents instead of just docket entries. If you are looking for an open case make sure you limit your search to open cases.

    FYI in the future

  11. And for the record I think it is worse to have someone working your campaign who has been convicted of election fraud than a worker who was never prosecuted. But the mail ballot theft is not going to come from these old politqueras - it is the home healthcare workers doing 2-3 at a time for certain business owners.

  12. And the ladies working the black bags and boxes at the court house. One of whom had said "if I say she's not going to win, is because I KNOW!!!

  13. Why prosecute Jose Garza? He was the workhorse, small fry. Which candidates hired him and why have they not been arrested? That is the question.

The Herald reported a Congressional candidate was involved, along with a group of judge candidates. The penalty for these felonies is up to 4 years time per offense.

Jose got off with a light two day sentence, while the candidates who organized it, never named. Swept under the rug since 2012.

  15. Don't forget that Masso, as port commissioner, has approved the development of LNG terminals at the port. It would be interesting to know if any of the three LNG companies that have lease agreements with the port have been making political contributions. I'm thinking of Masso but Benavides has a dog in the fight, too and she has come out for LNG.
