Longtime Assistant City Attorney John Chosy has announced his pending retirement and is said to be "counting the days."
Young Erin, who promoted herself for a proposed municipal judge position, created to specialize in truancy cases, reportedly approached a City Commissioner about getting support as Assistant City Attorney.
What Erin and the commissioner may not realize is that the Municipal Code does not allow the City Commission to vote on the Assistant City Attorney position, only for the City Attorney.
She would be an equal replacement for Chosy. They are both ignorant pigs.
